DewLine Terms of Use
Early access. Effective date: October 30, 2026. Version 1.0.
- The service. DewLine prepares an assessment of your company's corporate sovereignty and Canadian procurement readiness from public sources and your answers. During early access, features, timing and availability may change.
- What a DewLine report is not. It is not a government certification, a compliance ruling, legal or procurement advice, or a guarantee of eligibility for any contract. Contracting authorities decide eligibility. DewLine identifies supporting evidence and gaps.
- Who may use it. You must be at least 18, use a work email address, and be authorised to provide information about the company you assess. Assess only your own company, or a company that has authorised you.
- Your answers. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us. A report reflects the evidence available on the date shown; unknown means no evidence was found, not a failure.
- Ownership. Your answers remain yours. You may use your report for your business purposes, including sharing it with customers. The DewLine methodology, software and report design remain JAIPTEAM's.
- Complimentary launch assessment. Eligible launch accounts receive one expanded assessment at no charge. You keep that report after the offer ends, and correcting your answers produces an updated version without a charge. Paid options, if offered later, will be shown with their price before you buy.
- Acceptable use. Do not misrepresent who you are, attempt to access other accounts, scrape the service, or use it to harass or defame anyone.
- Availability and changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change these terms with notice; continued use after the change means acceptance.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, JAIPTEAM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you or others make based on a report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months, or C$100 if you paid nothing.
- Governing law. The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada apply. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
